Download one of these Products AutoNet AutoNet was first published for the DOS operating system in 1992 and believed to be the first nonlinear modeling tool with a self-designing architecture . AutoNet is completely rewritten for Excel with help worksheets, time series capability, discriminant analysis ability, and sample data worksheets. This is a 2008 Release for Windows. Will work in Excel 97 as well as Excel 2007. AutoNet is open source and the code (VBA) is easily modified for your use. It is not a universal approximator for regression, time series, classification, and function approximation, but has been found useful for these problems.ALNfitPro These files are due to Bill Armstrong of Edmonton, Alberta, CA (wwarmstrong@rogers.com) who was the owner of, and developer of, the software at Dendronic Decisions, Ltd. and is making it and its underlying source code open to the public. File contents include ALNfitPro.exe, ALNfitProEval, and ALNfitProTrain. The latter two are PowerPoint presentations with audio soundtracks. The executable file is capable of universal approximation of nonlinear regression, classification, time series, and functions automatically in a piecewise linear approach. HHP This piecewise linear software was developed by Peak Consulting following discussions and communications with Leo Breiman, who invented the hinging hyperplanes technique. It is useful for nonlinear problems in regression, classification, time series, and function approximation. It is an Excel workbook with help sheets and sample data. The code (VBA) is easily modified for your use. Breiman's algorithm does not always produce a global optimum solution, but usually comes close. Download one of these Products
